Angie Galler Bowen, LCSW, CCBT, CRH, Owner and Primary Facilitator
Angie earned her Masters of Clinical Social Work at the University of Tennessee, and maintains clinical licenses in NC, TN and FL. She is nationally certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Rational Hypnotherapy (hypnosis that is also a therapeutic counseling intervention).
She has extensive training and expertise in helping people who are struggling with depression, social anxiety, phobias, complicated grief, forgiveness conflicts, obsessive-compulsive and perfectionistic behaviors, marital and pre-marital conflict, singles workshops, as well as unrealistic expectations that interfere with healthy relationships.
Angie has 20+ years of clinical counseling experience and 14+ years of retreat facilitation experience.
She served as an Adjunct Professor of Psychology, Social work and Social Welfare at Pellissippi State College in Knoxville, TN.
Through the University of Tennessee's Continuing Education Department, she served as speaker/educator on various psychological issues to colleages all over the U.S, offering CEU credit in the fields of psychology and clinical social work.
Angie conducted workshops for the National Association of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapists and appeared on various radio and television programs to promote peace through the Holidays.
